Victim of a consumer Rip-off? Want justice?paania paki

By filing a Ripoff Report it's almost like creating your own web site
..And, it's FREE
Helping you, the consumer...

Ripoff Report® is a worldwide consumer reporting Web site and publication, by consumers, for consumers, to file and document complaints about companies or individuals. Unlike the Better Business Bureau, Ripoff Report does not hide reports of "satisfied" complaints. ALL complaints remain public and unedited in order to create a working history on the company or individual in question.

Ripoff Reports cover every category imaginable! You can
Browse the latest Reports, Search the Reports, or Submit your report now for FREE, by clicking on File Report. View over 1,000 different topics & categories you can file under.

A tribute to founder Ed Magedson. Take a look at a few stories that were inspired by RipOffReport.com complaints.

My pc went crazy last night. Pop ups everywhere, total chaos of casino ads, porn images, loan apps, and loads of ads for spyware. It was as though all these 'virus busters' who were expensive, caused the problem in the first place. I Googled "best virus busters' and got something called "Zoombli" that sounded good from the ad, and for which I paid $29.95 for a download of industrial strength popup busters, I thought. But no. Zoombli is like a trojan horse. It makes even more hell break loose on your screen. Don't fall for Zoombli, like I did. I've no idea how I'll get a refund, but my computer is shot now, and I depend on it for work. Thank goodness my husband has a MAC I can use to report this nightmare!!! Can anyone help?????

Sorry to hear, nothing worse than losing everything. There are 2 complaints on the ripoff report site, 1 was responded to but the 2nd one has not. As Follows.

1.
They ran a free scan on my computer said that I had 400 and some errors in my registry. Unfortunatenately they could only fix 20 of them unless the full version was purchased.
I purchased it like a fool, all I got were pop ups from everywhere and trouble opening desktop icons with just a right click I have to click several times to get them eo open .
They ran my bank card and charged $29.95 + 4.95 for something.I have sent several emails with no responses. I would like to get support or my money back .

RESPONSE:
Give us a call for support and/or refund!
Madmouse:
Please give us a call at 1-866-Zoombli and we will gladly refund your order. I am not sure why nobody responded to your emails you said you sent - it is possible they were caught by a spam filter. Nevertheless, We have customer service specialists available 7 days a week during normal business hours to help you with problems just like this – you don't even need to complain about our company to get a refund – just ask! With all of the products purchased from Zoombli, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money back guarantee. It looks like your purchase was over 30 days ago, but that is no big deal, just give us a call and ask for Matt. I'll make sure you are issued a refund.

None of our products display pop-up advertisements for other products. However, we do offer complementary technical support with your purchase for some of the issues you are having with our product (just give us a call so we can help). By calling us, you would find out that our registry cleaning products have an undo function which allows you to revert back to previous states of your computer.

Matt

After installing Zoombli's Advanced Registry Optimizer I lost the ability to open desktop icons with a right click and then a click to Open. I have sent two emails with no responses. I restored back to a day before installation to correct glitch, but I would like to get support or my money back .

You know, I'm a fan, too. There's a small but very vocal group of people I've found around the web who are critical of Ed magedson and the Ripoff Report. I tend to think they're the people who've been ripping people off and can't get their names removed from the site, or they're the SEO people who try to help them remove the bad reports. They make wild accusations that I just don't think are true, and what Ed and ripoff reprot are doing help us little guys get our voice out there, and in my experience they helped me get my money back. There are too many scammers and too few people protecting us! Thanks.

Yes, the little people, us. I wish I had of known about this report before I got scammed. Crooks should be known and this site does exactly that. These crooks do have the opportunity to respond to any dissatisfied customers of the world that post any concerns about them.
